The support team will verify your identity and unlock your account, typically within a few hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MYT).

Why accounts get locked

Too many invalid login attempts

Your account locks automatically after three consecutive failed login attempts. This prevents unauthorized access if someone is trying to guess your OTP code or access your account without authorization.

The lock applies whether the failed attempts are from you (incorrect OTP, expired code) or from someone else trying to access your account.

Account expiration
