Reload credit

You can reload your Billplz Credit Balance at any time to cover transaction fees, membership fees, and service charges. Reloaded credit is available immediately after payment confirmation.

Step 1: Open the reload dialog

From your dashboard, click the + symbol at the top left of the screen.

Step 2: Enter the reload amount

Enter the amount you want to add to your credit balance and click Reload.

Step 3: Complete the payment

You'll be redirected to the billing page. Select your payment method and complete the transaction:

FPX Online Banking: For personal bank accounts
FPX Corporate Banking: For business/corporate accounts

After completing payment, you'll receive an invoice receipt via email. Your credit balance updates immediately once payment is confirmed.

In the sandbox environment, select Billplz as the payment method, then choose Successful payment to simulate a successful transaction or Failed payment to simulate a failed transaction.
