Analytics is Billplz's built-in reporting tool that tracks your total payment collections and successful payouts using real-time data. It displays a series of graphs summarizing your statement history for a quick overview of account activity.

Analytics is a separate application from the main Billplz dashboard. You access it through the dashboard but log in via Billplz SSO.


How to access Analytics

Step 1: Open Analytics

Click Analytics in the left navigation menu of your Billplz dashboard.

Step 2: Log in via SSO

Click Billplz SSO on the Analytics log-in page.

Step 3: Select your Organization

Select the Organization you want to view analytics for.

What Analytics shows

The Analytics sidebar contains six sections:

Dashboard

A summary view with charts and key metrics across your account activity.

Billplz Collection

Collections

Transaction data and charts for your payment collections.

Analytics Collections Panel - Tracking performance details, collection dates, and transaction data charts.

FPX Payouts

Detailed transaction tables and payout information for FPX settlements.

Payment Orders

Data and visualizations for Payment Order disbursements.

Analytics Payment Orders - Tracking distribution summaries, recipient logs, and data visualizations for system payouts.

Payout Dates

Estimate when your funds will be available in your bank account. Enter a transaction date and select a payment method, then click Submit to see the expected payout date.

Downloads

A history of reports and files you have exported from other Analytics sections. If you have not generated any downloads yet, this page displays an empty state.
