Your account statement shows which payments contributed to each payout. Use this to match payout amounts in your bank account to the transactions collected in your Billplz dashboard.

Before you begin

You'll need access to your Billplz dashboard and your linked bank account statement.

Step 1: Download your account statement

Go to Dashboard and select the date range covering the transactions you want to reconcile. Click Generate Excel under Account Statement.

Billplz Account Statement - Locating and navigating to the green-labeled Collection tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

Step 3: Sum payout amounts by transaction date

In the Collection tab, sum the amounts in the Payout column that share the same transaction date.

Step 4: Match the total to your bank deposit

The sum from Step 3 is included in the payout processed on the next business day. Your bank may take an additional 1–2 business days to credit the deposit. Check your bank statement to confirm the deposit amount matches.

If the amount doesn't match, your Credit Balance may have been negative on that day. When Credit Balance is insufficient, the system deducts from your daily collection in multiples of MYR 100 to cover the shortfall. Check the Credit tab in the same account statement to confirm deductions. See Automatic Credit Reload: overview for details.
