Different payment methods have different settlement timings. This article breaks down when you receive payouts for each payment method Billplz supports.

Key:
- Next business day = T+1 (one business day after collection)
- T+2 = Two business days after collection
- Real-time = Immediate payout upon transaction completion. Available on Enterprise plans
General payout rules
These rules apply to all payouts, except where a payment method is noted:
- Minimum payout: MYR 1.00
- Processing window: Anytime between 00:00–23:59 on the payout day.
- Public holidays: IIf the payout day falls on a public holiday, the payout is processed on the next business day. E-wallet payouts are not affected.
- Weekend collections: FPX collections from Friday, Saturday and Sunday are paid out together on Monday. Card payments count business days only, so a Friday collection is paid out on Tuesday, and Saturday and Sunday collections are paid out on Wednesday. E-wallet payments settle the next calendar day, including weekends.
- Bank transfer timing: After Billplz processes the payout, your bank takes an additional 1–2 business days (MEPS-IBG) to credit your account.

Payment method details
FPX payments
FPX payments (both B2C and B2B) settle on the next business day following the standard Billplz payout schedule.
Wallet payments
Wallet payments (e-wallets such as DuitNow QR, Boost, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet and ShopeePay) settle on the next calendar day, including weekends and public holidays.
All e-wallet providers supported by Billplz follow the same settlement timing.
Card payments
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard) settle on T+2 business days; two business days after the collection day. Only business days count. A card payment collected on Friday is paid out on Tuesday. One collected on Saturday or Sunday is paid out on Wednesday.
Instalment payments
Instalment payments (PayLater by Grab, Atome) settle twice weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Each payout covers payments collected up to 23:59 the day before. Wednesday's payout includes payments from Friday to Tuesday, and Friday's payout includes payments from Wednesday and Thursday.
PayLater by Grab and Atome follow the same payout schedule.
