Change your organization email

Your organization email is the email address associated with your organization account. This is different from your sign-in email, it's used for official communications, payment notifications, and identifying your organization to other Billplz users. You can update your organization email from the Billplz SSO (Single Sign-On) portal.
Before you begin
- You need organization owner permissions to change the organization email.
- You need access to the new email address to receive the verification code.
- The new email address cannot already be registered as an organization email on another Billplz account.
Step 1: Go to Billplz SSO portal
Go to sso.billplz.com and sign in with your account. Once signed in, click See all Billplz SSO accounts to open the SSO dashboard.
Alternatively, go directly to sso.billplz.com/app/account if you're already signed in.


Step 2: Select organization
In the SSO dashboard, locate the Organizations section on the right side. Click on the organization whose email you want to change.

Step 3: Enter new organization email
In the Organization Email field, enter the new email address you want to use for this organization.
Click Send Code via Email.

Step 4: Verify new email
Check the inbox of your new email address for a message from Billplz containing a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code in the Code field, then click Update.

Step 5: Redirect to Billplz dashboard
In the Organizations section, click the redirect to app icon (external link icon) next to your organization name. This syncs your updated organization email to the Billplz dashboard.

Step 6: Verify the change
In your Billplz dashboard, go to Settings > Account Settings. In the Account section, you'll see your updated organization email displayed.
