Change your sign-in email

Your sign-in email is the email address you use to log into your Billplz account. You can update this email from the Billplz SSO (Single Sign-On) portal, a separate site from your main Billplz dashboard. Changing your sign-in email does not affect your organization email or payment notification settings.
Before you begin
- You need access to both your current sign-in email and the new email address you want to use.
- The new email address cannot already be registered to another Billplz account.
Step 1: Go to Billplz SSO portal
Go to sso.billplz.com and sign in with your current email. Once signed in, click See all Billplz SSO accounts to open the SSO dashboard.
Alternatively, go directly to sso.billplz.com/app/account if you're already signed in.


Step 2: Open Individual settings
In the SSO dashboard, locate the Individual section. Click the edit button (pencil icon) next to your email address.

Step 3: Enter new email address
In the Email field, enter the new email address you want to use for sign-in.
Click Send Code via Email.

Step 4: Verify new email
Check the inbox of your new email address for a message from Billplz containing a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code in the Code field, then click Update.

Your sign-in email is now updated. Future logins will use the new email address.
