Transfer credit to another account

Transfer your entire Billplz Credit balance from one account to another. This is useful when migrating to a new account, restructuring your business, or consolidating operations under a different entity.
Credit transfers are free.
When to transfer credit
You might need to transfer credit when:
- Registering a new business entity: You've registered a new SSM company and want to move operations from your sole proprietor account
- Consolidating accounts: You're closing one account and moving to another
- Business restructuring: Your company is merging with another or changing its legal structure
- Separating business operations: You're splitting one business into multiple entities and need to reallocate credit
- Transferring to a successor: You're handing over business operations to a new owner who has their own Billplz account
Before you begin
- You can only transfer the full credit balance, partial transfers are not supported
- Both accounts must be active Billplz accounts
- You need access to your Organization email to receive the TAC verification code
- The receiving account must provide you with their Organization email address
Step 1: Go to Credit Transfers
Click Settings in the left menu, then select Account Settings > Credit Transfers.

Step 2: Enter the receiver's email
In the Receiver's Organization Email field, enter the email address associated with the receiving Billplz account. Click Submit.

Step 3: Verify with TAC
A TAC (Transaction Authorization Code) is sent to your Organization email. Enter the TAC code in the verification field and click Submit.

Step 4: Confirm the transfer
Once verified, the credit balance is transferred to the receiving account. Both accounts receive an email confirmation.
