Understand your Credit tab
Updated an hour ago
The Credit tab in your account statement shows all credit-related transactions: transaction fee deductions, manual reloads, automatic reloads, and membership subscription charges. Use it to reconcile credit charges or trace reload invoices.
To download your account statement, see Account statement: overview.
What the Credit tab shows
Open the downloaded Excel file and navigate to the Credit tab. Each row represents a single credit transaction. You'll see:
- Bill ID: a unique identifier linking the entry to a specific bill or reload invoice
- Description: the transaction type (e.g., transaction fee, automatic credit reload, membership subscription)
- Amount: the credit amount deducted or added

Match Bill IDs for reconciliation
Cross-reference Bill IDs in the Credit tab with the Collection tab to trace which payments triggered specific credit deductions.
For credit reload entries, the Bill ID corresponds to the reload invoice (see below).

Trace credit reload invoices
Credit reload transactions (both manual and automatic) generate an invoice. To access it:
- Copy the Bill ID from the Credit tab
- Go to
billplz.com/bills/{bill ID}(replace {bill ID} with the copied Bill ID) - If the bill has expired, enter your organization email to retrieve it
The invoice shows the reload amount, date, and payment method used.
