Account statement: overview

Your account statement is a downloadable Excel report from your Billplz dashboard. It contains a complete record of your account activity, organized into three tabs:

• Collection: all bills and payments received, including payout amounts, transaction dates, and payment statuses
• Payment Order: all disbursements made through Payment Order, including recipient details and statuses
• Credit: all credit-related transactions including transaction fee deductions, manual and automatic reloads, and membership subscription charges

Download your account statement

Go to Dashboard > select your date range > click Generate Excel under Account Statement.

The system generates the report and sends you an email when it's ready. You can also scroll down to Downloads History on the same page to download it directly.

Each report covers up to 3 months of data. To export a longer period, download multiple reports covering different date ranges.

What each tab contains

Collection tab

Lists every bill created and payment received within the selected date range. Use this tab to:

• Match payout amounts to your bank deposits
• Trace a specific payment using its Bill ID
• Check payment statuses (paid, due, overdue)
• Find the customer email associated with a bill (Column G)

Payment Order tab

Lists all disbursements made through Payment Order. Use this tab to:

• Verify recipient details and amounts
• Check Payment Order statuses
• Reconcile outgoing payments

Credit tab

Lists all credit-related transactions. Use this tab to:

• Review transaction fee deductions
• Track manual and automatic credit reloads
• Find membership subscription charges
• Trace reload invoices using the Bill ID
